سياسة الاسترجاع

في Brave نسعى لتقديم أفضل تجربة تسوق لعملائنا.

يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.
لا يمكن استرجاع المنتجات التي تعرضت للاستخدام أو التلف بسبب سوء الاستخدام.
في حال وصول المنتج تالفًا أو به عيب مصنعي، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور توضح المشكلة.
بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سيتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع أو حسب ما يتم الاتفاق عليه.
رسوم الشحن (إن وجدت) غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا إذا كان الخطأ من طرف المتجر أو كان المنتج معيبًا.

At Brave, customer satisfaction is our priority.

You may return your product within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed-upon method.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
